Our Story
The foundations of Roose Butcher Builders trace back to founder Hayden Roose Butcher’s early exposure to construction, working alongside his grandfather on residential subdivisions and commercial developments throughout the Franklin region. This hands-on experience instilled a strong work ethic, practical building knowledge, and a long-term view of quality construction.
Hayden went on to complete his building apprenticeship before expanding his experience overseas, where he was involved in managing the construction of a resort development in the Solomon Islands, gaining valuable skills in large-scale project delivery, coordination, and programme management.
After returning to New Zealand, Hayden established Roose Butcher Builders in 2008, with a clear goal: to provide dependable, high-quality construction services backed by experience and integrity.
