We will visit you on site to see your project and give you a free estimate / quote for the work you are wanting done. We will aim to provide you with a quote as soon as possible after this initial consultation.
Project Management
We have full time experienced project managers who will ensure the smooth running and efficiency of your project. Coordinating sub-contractors can be a difficult task for someone who is not knowledgeable in the building trade and can lead to extra expenses on a job. We work with you to plan and execute your project so you are informed every step of the way.
Planning Assistance
If you require plans to be done we can advise you on this and even look after your project through the architects and obtaining a Building Permit. Also once the build has begun we will get all of the Council Inspections sorted for you and get the final Code of Compliance Certificate so you don’t have to worry about a thing
Free Advice
We can give you advice on anything to do with your project from cladding / roof options to the fittings you choose.
Fixed Prices
For most jobs we will provide you with a fixed price contract. This means that unless there is unforeseeable works the build will be a fixed price so there are no hidden costs for you
Affordability
One of the benefits of being a family owned business is that we can keep our costs down and offer our clients a very affordable build cost.
Sub-Contractors
We have reliable and top quality sub-contractors who we use on a regular basis and can employ for your project. However, if you have your own preferred suppliers / contractors we are also happy to work in with them to deliver the end result.
Labour Only
We are happy to just provide builders, and not project management, if you wish to coordinate your own project or if it is only a small job where only builders are required.

If we say it we will do it. Without happy customers we wouldn’t be a successful building company and your satisfaction is important to us.
Safety
The safely of our clients and our employees is very important to us. At the end of every working day we will clean up the site to minimalize risks and because we feel that a messy site is not as productive and is a safety hazard. We will also provide a hazard management pack on the site so that any risks are made aware to all parties.

Once your project is completed we can clean it to a commercial grade level.
